Agreement

These terms govern your use of setalabs.xyz (“the site”), operated by SETA מערכות (“Seta Labs AI”, “we”, “us”) in Israel. By using the site or sending the contact form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The service

The site describes a marketing service for small businesses and offers a contact form. The service itself, including outreach, content and pages built for a client, is provided under a separate written agreement with each client. Nothing on the site is an offer, and nothing on it is a guarantee of results.

The content of the site is ours. Do not copy it, reuse it or republish it without our written permission.

Availability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change the site, or take it offline, at any time and without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Israeli law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
